Patent Factor Index analytics computes and scores over 20 distinctive data indicators based upon citation and claim analysis specialized to clearly detect and reveal the commercial quality, legal strength, and technology quality.
The digitalized and automated analytics process assigns a score on your target patent(s) determined from the relative strength to other patents. The essential group of most closely related patents can only be generated through semantic technology. Using our Intelligent Semantic Analysis search technology, the system automatically creates a conceptual patent search query using the claims text of the target patent. It isolates the 100 patents most closely relevant to the target patent, creating the “technology sphere” or baseline for evaluation.
